Facility Solutions is here 24/7/365 to handle all of your facility’s needs – from faucet leaks to remodels, equipment rental to disaster recovery, and everything in between.

We provide a customized portal for your company. The portal is extremely easy to use; whether you are entering an emergency, or you need a quote for a larger repair, it is easily entered and sent electronically to us at Facility Solutions.

Once we receive your request, we call your facility to see if we are able to troubleshoot and make repairs remotely, a cost-saving solution. If the issues can’t be resolved remotely, we will then collect any additional information in order to properly assign one of our 30,000 licensed vendors to make an on-site visit to assess and resolve all necessary issues.

Emergency Service

We will have someone on-site to make repairs as soon as possible, within 4 hours. This is something that if it is not working, you cannot continue with daily routines. 

Example: 

  • Power outage

  • Emergency floods

  • Broken window

  • Board up service

  • HVAC malfunctioning or out

  • Major roof leak

24 Hour Service

We will have someone on-site to make repairs within 24 hours. This is something that if it is not working, you can make it through the day but will be difficult

Example: 

  • Office lights are flickering or completely out

  • Store front door won’t close completely

  • Water heater leaking or malfunctioning

48 Hour Service

We will have someone on-site to make repairs within 48 hours. This is something that if it is not working, you can make it through the next day or 2 without it.

Example: 

  • Clogged toilet, (but other restroom is functioning)

  • Hot water is intermittent

  • Warehouse lights are out

  • Secondary restroom toilet out

72 Hour Service

We will have someone on-site to make repairs within 72 hours. This is something that if it is not working, it is not affecting your daily routine.

Example: 

  • Faucet leak

  • Light bulb needs replaced

  • Irrigation system malfunctioning

General Maintenance

Repairs will have to be made, but you need to see the cost first. We will have a detailed estimate to you within 10 days.

Example: 

  • Carpentry

  • Drywall

  • Ceiling

  • Flooring

  • Painting
